On Sunday 1 April I organized a walk to Ponden Kirk with users of the Grange Interlink Healthy Living Centre in Bradford. This was the first event in my community engagement programme, inviting city dwellers to respond to the open moorland by taking photographs.
I’m hoping that pictures from the outing (plus more from a second walk yet to be arranged) will contribute to a display in the Brontë Parsonage Museum alongside my own exhibition this autumn.
We used the Whitestone Arts barn studio for refreshments and a slide show about Haworth and Stanbury Moors.
